We are a minority-owned, female-operated clothing brand providing its wearers with all the precision and quality of high fashion while upholding all the purpose and positivity of slow.
Introducing the Humble Warrior herself.
Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, Humble Warrior is fully run by Indian-born, European-trained, designer and seamstress, Loraine Fernandes. A warm yet focused individual, Loraine has over a decade of experience in high fashion.
In Milan she worked in production for the likes of Prada, Gucci and Cavalli after which she moved to London where she headed a team of couturiers at a leading UK couture house for four years. During this time, she was involved in eight Paris Haute Couture weeks, in addition to creating many red carpet looks for superstars like Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie, Bella Hadid and more.

In 2022, Loraine made the conscious shift to slow fashion and established a brand that is close to her heart and true to her purpose at every turn. Every component of Humble Warrior takes the environment, as well as the mental and physical wellbeing of those involved in the process into consideration.

Our garments are more than just a beautiful piece of clothing. They are designed to ground and to comfort, to inspire our wearer. Designed to evoke positive emotion not just briefly, but for years to come, thanks to their excellent craftsmanship.
Our founder uses nature-inspired motifs and heritage printing techniques to further strengthen her connection (and that of the wearer) to her homeland, India.
