General
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale for www.humblewarrior.life (“The Website”) by Humble Warrior and You (the Buyer).
Humble Warrior does not accept any other commercial terms and conditions.
By placing an order, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order.
We reserve the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion.
Contract
The contract will only be concluded with the acceptance of the order.
The presentation of the goods in our Online Shop are always subject to change and not binding.
As soon as you have filled in the order form and confirmed your order with the order button button, a contract between you and us is established.
After you have placed your order on our webshop, you will receive a reply email with all the details regarding your order: product name, terms of delivery, terms of payment and delivery itself.
Right of withdrawal
As per the FAGG law we accept returns for any reason within 14 days from shipping date.
In case of returning please send an Email to thoughts@humblewarrior.life with the return reasons and your order number. Please return the product to the following Address: Humble Warrior e.U., Löblichgasse 1/6, 1090 Vienna, Austria.
As soon as we receive the returned product from you, we will refund your payment. If the product is not faulty or used, we may alternatively offer you to choose a similar product in exchange for the refund. We do not refund any customs, duties and goods taxes.
Goods will not be taken back and refunded if they show signs of damage or interference, such as:
- Natural wear and tear
- Events out of our control e.g. natural disasters
- Signs of improper use- Interference by the customer or a third person
- Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer
Payment
We accept all payment methods offered on our checkout page, typically Credit card, Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Direct Bank Transfer.
Any other means of payment is only possible after an express agreement with Humble Warrior in writing.
Delivery
All orders will be processed within 72 hours from the date of order (except orders placed on weekends which will be processed latest within 96 hours). If no other arrangements are made, we deliver the goods to the given delivery address. Delivery dates are without obligation. For binding delivery dates a written guarantee is necessary.
Deliveries are available while stock lasts. If Humble Warrior does not have the product you have ordered, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. If the delivery will not be made, you will be informed immediately.
Delivery is made at your risk and expense. Additional cost (any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government) may result in the case of delivery to foreign countries, for countries that are not displayed on the country list delivery cannot be guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned, because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because you refused to accept it or because you didn’t pick it up at your post office in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to Humble Warrior
Reservation of property right of a sold item
Delivered goods remain the property of Humble Warrior until the goods and delivery are completely paid up.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices stated are gross prices, including the prevailing statutory value added tax, but they might not include shipping and packing charges. If in the course of shipment, export and/or import dues are levied, those charges are also borne by the person placing the order. Subject to change without notice. The charges are calculated in Euro.
Reservation of property right of a sold item
Delivered goods remain the property of Humble Warrior until the goods and delivery are completely paid up.
Data protection
The customer expressly agrees to his/her address details and other non-financial data being stored in our customer files and declares him/herself in agreement with the receipt of customer information, until revoked. Those data will of course be treated in strict confidence and not divulged to third parties.
Language
The contract language is English.
Severability
In the event of one clause proving to be or become ineffective or incomplete, the other terms and conditions shall remain in legal effect.
Court of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or relating to the contractual relationship shall be the court responsible for 1090 Vienna, Austria.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Coupons
Redeem a promotion coupon:
Promotion coupons (coupons, that you cannot buy from Humble Warrior, but we provide due to a promotion campaign with a certain period of validity) are only valid on the Website, only valid during the specified time-period and only once redeemable as part of an order process.
For redemption, the value of the goods must be at least equal to the said amount of the promotion voucher. The combination with other coupons or promotion coupons is not possible. Moreover, cash payment or refund, if no compensation has been provided, is excluded.
If you use a promotion coupon when making your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you retain, if – due to your cancellation – the total value of the order falls below the relevant value of the promotion coupon.
